For example, you can take notes and not lose the notes, you could express your feelings, and you could write down what you see in nature. These benefits also can make you feel good inside. Read on to find out more about these examples.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     First off, journals are helpful because you can take notes and never lose them. If you don't have a journal and you need to take notes and you take the notes on a sheet of paper, you will gaurantee lose the notes. So instead of losing the notes you could have it in a journal and you will 99% not lose the notes. Also when you have the notes in your journal you could pass the test that you will take because it is in your journal.                                                   Secondly, you could express your feelings. Many people are depressed or angry all the time, but if you write down how you feel in a journal you could feel better. You could write it down in something like a diary you won't feel the way how you felt.

Finally, you could write down what you see in nature. When people go into something like the forest, or the woods and you see a blue jay, or a robin you could write down what you see.
