President Vladimir Putin audited Russia's conventional World War II triumph march on Sunday, an energetic presentation of crude military force that this year corresponds with taking off strains with the West. 

The procession on Moscow's Red Square recognizing the 76th commemoration of the Soviet Union's triumph over Nazi Germany in World War II highlighted more than 12,000 soldiers and in excess of 190 bits of military equipment, including intercontinental ballistic rocket launchers and a fly-past by almost 80 military airplane under shady skies.

Moscow said the development, which frightened the West, was a preparation practice in light of movement by the NATO military coalition and Ukraine. It has since requested a withdrawal of certain soldiers. 

More modest military motorcades occurred on Sunday in urban communities across Russia and in attached Crimea. 

A motorcade was likewise arranged at Russia's Hmeymim air base in Syria.
