The film will recount the account of Major League Baseball pitcher Dock Ellis, a candid player for the Pittsburgh Pirates during the 1970s, who drove the group to a World Series title in '71. Ellis was a furious supporter for Black players' privileges who broadly professed to have pitched a no-hitter while on LSD. Joey Poach (The Polka King) wrote the content for the games dramatization, which is at present being developed. Patterson, Reilly and Permut will deliver with Dreamscape Entertainment's Jasper Graham (Retaliation), with Ice Cube (Straight Outta Compton) and Jeff Kwatinetz (11:14) filling in as executive makers, and Alex Astrachan of Permut Presentations filling in as a co-maker.

Patterson and Reilly presently have four movies and one TV series being developed. They most as of late executive created the Carly Stone-coordinated show North of Normal, featuring Sarah Gadon (Alias Grace) and Robert Carlyle (Trainspotting), which is in after creation.

The team dispatched Undisputed Pictures because of their common love of film, and their longing to advocate new stories from different narrators. "We truly needed to establish a positive and comprehensive shared climate," said Reilly. "It's an ideal opportunity to allow new freedoms for hopeful ability and kick off something new with a portion of the top ability all throughout the planet."

Patterson had his eye on the entertainment world even while playing in the NBA, building up a relationship with the Toronto International Film Festival while playing for the Toronto Raptors, and facilitating his own month to month screening series, "Pat Presents."

Reilly has over 20 years of creation experience in both film and publicizing, and was the prime supporter of Community 54, a worldwide way of life brand with experiential retail spaces in both Toronto and New York.
