Public Championships: UTEP's Sean Bailey Qualifies For Final In 400m Run; Rough Day For Pole Vaulter Paulo Benavides 

EUGENE, Oregon - The UTEP Miners started their journey for gold Wednesday at the NCAA Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon.
