OHIO STATE SPRING GAME
The Ohio State Spring Game is always a big event for Buckeye fans. It's a chance to see the team in action for the first time since the previous season, and to get a glimpse of the future.
This year's game was no different. The Buckeyes put on a show for the crowd, winning 35-10. Quarterback C.J. Stroud looked sharp, completing 21 of 26 passes for 265 yards and three touchdowns. Running back TreVeyon Henderson also had a big day, rushing for 91 yards and a touchdown.
The game was full of highlights.
Emeka Egbuka caught a 56-yard touchdown pass from Stroud in the first quarter. Miyan Williams ran for a 60-yard touchdown in the second quarter. And Marvin Harrison Jr. caught a 10-yard touchdown pass from Stroud in the third quarter.
The defense also had a good day. They held the offense to just 10 points and forced two turnovers. Tommy Eichenberg led the way with 10 tackles.
The spring game was a great opportunity for the Buckeyes to get some work in before the start of the season. They'll open the season on September 3rd against Notre Dame.
