Perth Glory





Perth Glory is a professional soccer club based in Perth, Western Australia. The club competes in the A-League, the top tier of Australian football. Perth Glory has won the A-League championship twice, in 2003 and 2015.


The club was founded in 1996 as part of the National Soccer League (NSL). Perth Glory joined the A-League in 2005, when the NSL was disbanded.


Perth Glory has a strong rivalry with cross-town rivals Perth Scorchers. The two clubs have met in the A-League Grand Final on three occasions, with Perth Glory winning twice.


Some of the most famous players to have played for Perth Glory include Mile Sterjovski, Bobby Despotovski, and Robbie Fowler.


Perth Glory is a popular club with a large fan base. The club's home ground is HBF Park, which has a capacity of 20,000.
