President Cyril Ramaphosa

Cyril Ramaphosa has been the President of South Africa since 2018. He is a member of the African National Congress (ANC) and has served in various other roles within the government, including Deputy President of South Africa from 2014 to 2018.
Ramaphosa was born in Soweto, South Africa, on 17 November 1952. He studied law at the University of the North and became involved in politics at a young age. He joined the ANC in 1974 and was elected Secretary-General of the organization in 1991.
