Rauljr Alier: The Man Who Tripped on His Own Footsteps

Every community has one. That person who is just a magnet for trouble. The one who always seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. For our community, that person was Rauljr Alier.
Rauljr was a nice enough guy, but he was also the clumsiest person I have ever met. He was the kind of person who could trip over his own feet on a perfectly flat surface. And he did. Often.
One time, Rauljr was walking down the street when he tripped and fell into a puddle. He got up, brushed himself off, and kept walking. But then he tripped again, this time into a bush. He got up, dusted himself off, and kept walking. But then he tripped a third time, this time into a parked car.
The driver of the car got out and started yelling at Rauljr. Rauljr apologized and tried to explain that he was just clumsy. But the driver didn't believe him. He called the police and Rauljr was arrested for drunk driving.
Rauljr spent the night in jail. The next day, he was released on bail. But before he could leave the courthouse, he tripped and fell down the stairs. He broke his leg and had to be taken to the hospital.
Rauljr spent the next few weeks in the hospital. When he was finally released, he was on crutches. But even on crutches, Rauljr couldn't seem to stay out of trouble.
One day, Rauljr was walking down the street on his crutches when he tripped and fell into a manhole. The manhole cover was open and Rauljr fell all the way down into the sewer.
The fire department had to be called to rescue Rauljr. They pulled him out of the sewer and he was taken back to the hospital.
Rauljr spent another few weeks in the hospital. When he was finally released, he was on crutches again. But this time, he was determined to be more careful.
Rauljr started taking yoga classes to improve his balance. He also started wearing shoes with better traction. And he always made sure to look where he was going.
But even with all of these precautions, Rauljr still managed to trip and fall on a regular basis.
