ROBERT P. FUESSL: An incisive and impavid individual committed to serving the public

Do you want someone to inspire you to become successful?

Then, you should finish reading this article; and get to know a man who achieved many things, such as being included in the prestigious FAA Airmen Certification Database and being the respected vice-president of the American International School of Subic. Yes, challenges came into his life, but that didn't stop him from achieving his goals. He strongly believes that everything in life happens for a good reason, and it teaches us to become a better person and to inspire other people. No one is perfect that's why pencils have erasers.

So, who is this man we're talking about? He is none other than Robert P. Fuessl.

Let us begin with his most daring and challenging career: being a pilot. Perhaps, you've heard about the renowned FAA Airmen Certification Database, right? It's on a different level and the pilots included in its database are the most qualified and best-trained pilots who have met or exceeded the high educational, licensing and medical standards established by the FAA.

Robert is from Landshut, Germany, and as a pilot, he has been recently acknowledged by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for his inclusion in the Airmen Certification Database, a fact which anyone can check in the agency's website.

Seeing a plane crash is a true horror. No wonder the pilot certification standards have progressed dramatically through the years in order to diminish pilot errors. And FAA standards are some of the highest in the world.

These standards were developed using consultations with the aviation industry and the public. Transportation safety experts strongly recommend against flying with an uncertified pilot.

As a result of FAA's great efforts, its pilot certification can be the difference between a safe flight and one that ends in disaster. The FAA hopes that the new pilot training standards will boost airline safety.

The FAA is also increasing the qualification requirements for co-pilots who fly for U.S. passenger and cargo airlines. These requirements require additional minimum flight time and training, in addition to aircraft-specific training.

Robert continues to expand his career by being a dynamic member of his community and joining activities for the benefit of the people. His great desire to help other people seems to have no end. He's been involved in the previous programs of the SBMA tourism department. One of which is where he actively participated in a meeting regarding the eradication of cyanide- and dynamite-fishing along Subic Bay and in the Zambales coast. He's one of the international locators within the Freeport who, incidentally, dives actively on a regular basis since the focus of the tourism department is "Dive Tourism". He's concerned with the future of the marine life in Subic Bay and in the Zambales coast and he's doing his best to preserve them. The illegal actions of some fishermen threaten the marine life of the areas involved and the department's solution to this issue is to train those illegal fishermen to be tour guides for diving since their goal is to make diving one of their main tourist attractions.

The American International School of Subic also witnessed Robert's unending dedication to serving and guiding the youth. He's known for his exemplary character in the school, and he's been looked up to by a lot of people.

Robert has been a reliable individual who can lead other people. He is ardent for being the vice-president and is well qualified for being one who greatly values honesty and integrity. He has remained down-to-earth and makes sure that he's always a part of the team. As a team player, he's not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get dirty – he's really impavid. In order to lead and set directions, Robert believes a person must also exhibit confidence as the VP.

In times of peril, Robert remains calm and performs in an orderly and purposeful manner. His positive demeanor and confidence gives assurance to the people in school that everything will be alright and that he can face any challenge.

He's focused on the school's objectives and his critical thinking has brought positive outcomes to the school. He does not only view a situation as a whole but is able to divide it into sub-parts for closer inspection and make progress from it. He was the vice-president of American International School of Subic until December 2014.

Robert Fuessl's commitment to excellence brings success to all of his chosen careers. He keeps on moving forward despite the struggles that came into his life. He's an achiever because he's a believer.

So, believe in yourself and the rest will follow.
