Ronnell Ochsenreither Was One Sandwich Short of a Picnic

One time Ronnell Ochsenreither was so hungry that he ate a whole loaf of bread in one sitting. His wife, Martha, was not amused and told him that he was going to get fat if he kept eating like that. Ronnell just shrugged and said that he couldn't help it, he was just a big guy.

The next day, Ronnell was out working in the yard when he saw a group of kids playing baseball. He joined in the game and started hitting the ball all over the place. The kids were amazed at how strong he was and asked him how he got so good at baseball. Ronnell just smiled and said that he'd been playing since he was a kid.

After the game, Ronnell was so tired that he went inside and took a nap. When he woke up, he was even hungrier than before. He went to the kitchen and made himself a sandwich, but it wasn't enough. He made another sandwich, and then another, but he still wasn't full.

Finally, Ronnell realized that he was probably going to have to eat a whole loaf of bread again. He sighed and went to the pantry to get it. As he was walking back to the kitchen, he saw his wife standing in the doorway.

Martha looked at Ronnell and shook her head. "You're going to get fat if you keep eating like that," she said.

Ronnell just shrugged and said, "I can't help it, I'm just a big guy."

Martha sighed and said, "I know, but you need to start eating healthier. You're going to have a heart attack if you keep this up."

Ronnell just looked at her and said, "I'm not worried about it. I'm just going to enjoy my sandwich."

Martha just shook her head and walked away. Ronnell went back to the kitchen and finished his sandwich. He was still hungry, but he knew that he couldn't eat any more. He sighed and went to the couch to watch TV.

As he was watching TV, Ronnell started to think about what Martha had said. He knew that she was right, he was eating too much. He also knew that he was going to have to start eating healthier if he wanted to stay healthy.

Ronnell sighed and turned off the TV. He went to the kitchen and made himself a healthy dinner. It wasn't as good as a loaf of bread, but it was still good.

Ronnell ate his dinner and then went to bed. He was still hungry, but he knew that he had to start eating healthier. He knew that it was going to be hard, but he was determined to do it.

The next day, Ronnell woke up and made himself a healthy breakfast. He then went to work and started eating healthier lunches. It was hard at first, but he eventually got used to it.

A few months later, Ronnell had lost a lot of weight and was feeling much healthier. He was glad that he had made a change in his diet and was determined to keep it up.

One day, Ronnell was out walking in the park when he saw a group of kids playing baseball. He decided to join in the game and started hitting the ball all over the place. The kids were amazed at how strong he was and asked him how he got so good at baseball.

Ronnell just smiled and said, "I used to eat a whole loaf of bread in one sitting. But then I realized that I was going to get fat if I kept eating like that. So I started eating healthier and now I'm much stronger and healthier."

The kids were impressed and asked Ronnell for some tips on how to eat healthier. Ronnell was happy to help and told them all about the changes he had made in his diet.

The kids thanked Ronnell for his help and went back to playing baseball. Ronnell watched them for a while and then continued on his walk. He was proud of the changes he had made in his life and was happy to share his story with others.
