Sebastian Larsson





Sebastian Larsson is a Swedish international footballer who plays as a midfielder for AIK. He has represented the Swedish national team at both senior and youth levels. He is a set-piece specialist and is known for his powerful long-range shots and crossing ability from set-pieces.

Early career

Larsson began his career with IFK Eskilstuna in the Swedish lower divisions. He later joined Arsenal in 2001, but failed to make a first-team appearance for the club. He went on loan to Birmingham City, where he made his professional debut in 2004.

Birmingham City

Larsson signed a permanent deal with Birmingham City in 2005. He quickly became a regular in the team and helped the club win the League Cup in 2011. He also helped the club win the FA Cup semi-final in 2012. In total, Larsson made over 200 appearances for Birmingham City, scoring 35 goals.

Sunderland

Larsson joined Sunderland in 2012. He spent five seasons with the club, making over 200 appearances and scoring 31 goals. He helped the club win the League One title in 2014-15 and promotion to the Premier League. Larsson also helped the club reach the League Cup final in 2014.

Hull City

Larsson joined Hull City in 2017. He spent two seasons with the club, making over 50 appearances and scoring 6 goals. He helped the club win the EFL Championship title in 2016-17 and promotion to the Premier League.

AIK

Larsson joined AIK in 2019. He has been a regular in the team and has helped the club win the Allsvenskan title in 2019 and 2020. He has also helped the club win the Svenska Cupen in 2019 and 2020.

International career

Larsson made his debut for the Swedish national team in 2006. He has since earned over 100 caps for his country and has scored 10 goals. He has represented Sweden at two FIFA World Cups and two UEFA European Championships.
