Simon Harris and disability

My name is Simon Harris, and I am the Minister for Health. I am also a person with a disability. I have cerebral palsy, which affects my movement and speech. I have always been open about my disability, and I believe that it is important to talk about it in order to break down the stigma surrounding disability.

I have always been passionate about helping people with disabilities. I believe that everyone deserves to have the same opportunities and chances in life, regardless of their disability. I am committed to working to create a more inclusive and accessible society for people with disabilities.

In my role as Minister for Health, I have made a number of changes to improve the lives of people with disabilities. I have increased funding for disability services, and I have introduced new policies to make it easier for people with disabilities to access education, employment, and healthcare. I am also working to improve the accessibility of public transport and other public spaces.

I know that there is still a lot of work to be done to create a fully inclusive society for people with disabilities. But I am committed to continuing to work towards this goal. I believe that everyone deserves to live a full and happy life, regardless of their disability.

Here are some things that I have done to improve the lives of people with disabilities:

  • Increased funding for disability services
  • Introduced new policies to make it easier for people with disabilities to access education, employment, and healthcare
  • Improved the accessibility of public transport and other public spaces

I am committed to continuing to work towards creating a more inclusive society for people with disabilities. I believe that everyone deserves to live a full and happy life, regardless of their disability.
