South African found dead in Vietnam

The body of a 36-year-old South African man was found in a pool of blood in a villa in Hoi An, Vietnam, on Boxing Day.
The man, identified only as E.O.N., was found by his British fiancée, 34-year-old Greta Marie Otteson.
Otteson told police that she and E.O.N. had been staying in the villa for the past two weeks, and that he had gone out for a run around 6 a.m. that morning.
When he did not return after several hours, Otteson went looking for him and found his body in the pool of blood.
There were no signs of a struggle, and police are treating the death as suspicious.
