SRK's Benami Deal

Meet Shah Rukh Khan the poor farmer of Alibaug

In India you can’t buy agricultural land if you are not a farmer
You cannot use farm land for non agricultural purpose

In 2004 a Company called DejaVu brought a land in Alibaug for farming purpose
The 7/12 Land was registered under name of one Mr Moreshwar Ajgaonkar, a director of Deja Vu Farms

Shah Rukh Khan gave an unsecured loan of Rs 8.5 crore to Deja Vu Farms
This land in Thal was agricultural and meant for farming, so Ajgaonkar claimed he was an agriculturist. The land was transferred in the company's name with the condition that it will be used only for farming

In 2011, Mr Ajagaonkar cooly withdrew his directorship from DejaVu and paved way for one Ms Namitha Chibbi
Cut to 2017, now the DejaVu is in the name of Ramesh Chibba, Savita Chibba, and Namita Chibba who are Shah Rukh Khan's father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law respectively

And our great farmer Ajgoankar is relative of Rajaram Ajgoankar, Chartered Accoutant of SRK

On the agricultural land what DejaVu has grown is a huge Bungalow, a huge Swimiing pool and even a private Helipad

One Income Tax Dept has found this out and attached this benami property

That is the reason Modi brought Benami property Act to Catch lot of poor farmers like Shah Rukh Khan

Now if Congress and Prakash Raj scream
Modi is communal and hence is targeting poor farmer Khan then you know why
