1.Create Mini Rooms

Unless you are living with a roommate, you may utilize the extra spaces in your studio unit and create different rooms. This way, it can be more helpful for you to express the different identities you are trying to gauge in by redesigning every room into different themes. It doesn’t need to be a sturdy partition using cemented walls. You can just divide the studio apartment into its designated areas by using dividers, chairs or cabinets.

2.Use draperies

Draperies can be both masculine and feminine depending on the fabric and is a good thing to emphasize your point. It also doesn’t have to be a plain printed drapery but there are also a lot of funky-styled available.

3.Leave the pathway

Since you are already redesigning your studio space with different facades, you might need to leave the pathway clear of all the other additional detours. A studio unit is a tight space and you don’t want your guest to start complaining while going over stuff just to get into your space.

4.Think vertical

As a student, you can expect a lot of paper works, books and other school things that can clutter your studio unit. It is best to have a place for all of these things. You can invest into a cabinet which stands from floor to ceiling. This way, you can save some more spaces and have some storage place at the same time.

5.Invest in Functional Stuff

Imagine how nice it would to have your coffee table convert into a dining space or your bed into a study area. Anything that is functional is worth investing into.
