perseverance is the single most important trait an individual can process in order to be successful because it shows you that giving up when your so close from winning is not something you want to do, it als shows you that winning isn't something you can get just because you ask for it. It also may cause you to need some help from other people. It most importantly shows that people do not like quitters they want someone who can show that they wont have a fit when they mess up on something.
