Tai Woo Ltd Group Food Review on Boilerhouse Lunch Menu

The Boilerhouse has gained reputation as one of the best restaurants in UWS Parramatta Campus Cor James Ruse Dr & Victoria Rd Parramatta, NSW 2116.  And I do not doubt it for a bit.  I have been dining here since the first day they were opened in the public. And every time I dine here is quite an experience.

When it comes to breads I love their Bruschetta with roasted roma tomatoes, feta, caramelized onion and basil oil, you can this for $8.  AMAZING!  That’s the only word for it!  I can confidently say that their Bruschetta is better than a high end restaurant.  Try it and I can say you will love it too.

If it is light meals you are looking for them I recommend their Seared garlic and lemongrass infused King Prawns on a crisp Asian salad.  As someone who loves salad so much this is perfect, just too perfect, I bet you couldn’t resist as well.  Although everything else is great I got to say this one is my favorite, you can get each light meals for $12.50 each.

And for the main menu on Crispy Skinned Baked Atlantic Salmon it has Garlic and herb roasted chats, wilted spinach, tomato jam with a red pepper butter sauce.  It is really crisp, I just love the crunch even with the sauce I never looses its crispiness.  And you can get it for only $18.

Get the Boilerhouse classics for $12 each.  I particularly love the Grilled Wagyu Beef Burger it’s a homemade beef burger with a fried egg, cheddar cheese and tomato relish on a toasted brioche bun with hand cut chips equally with Butter Chicken Curry its is made of Tandoori chicken in a mild butter curry sauce served with jasmine rice, mint yoghurt and pappadums.

For the sides for $7 each, the must tries are: Hand Cut Andean Potato Chips with Rosemary Salt, Herb Roasted Chats, Side of Vegetables, and Greek Style Garden Salad.  For the desserts at $8 each, try their   Fig and Date Pudding with Butter Scotch Sauce, Vanilla Crème Brûlèe with Biscotti and Strawberries, Flourless Chocolate Torte with, Ganache and Ice-cream, and Trio of Gelato.

For their beverages on the lunch menu: I cannot pick anything in particular so here is the complete list.  Cappuccino, latte, flat white, long black, Macchiato, Short Black, Hot Chocolate, Mocha, Tea by the pot • Chinese Green • Sencha • Genmachia • Jasmine, Fruit juices (apple, orange) , Soft drinks (Coca Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero) 385ml glass, Mt Franklin Lightly Sparkling 750ml, Appletiser 275ml glass, Nestea (peach, mango, lemon, green lemon) 345m.

So what are you waiting for?  Come and dine at Boilerhouse.
