Club JK Autoshipment Reminder: Stylists Club JK orders autoship on the 23rd of each month. Before the end of the month, Stylists are encouraged to take time to confirm that personal autoshipments have been processed. Autoshipments can be checked with the following steps:

• Sign onto your Workstation

• Select My Account

• Scroll down to Autoshipments and Subscriptions

• Select Stylist Club JK Autoships

• Click View Orders

Once you have selected View Orders, you have visibility to your personal Club JK autoshipments and when they processed. Look to be sure the autoshipment for the month you are checking has a status of Printed. If the status reads Pending Error please contact Customer Service immediately to resolve the issue.

As part of the JK Way, it is a requirement to maintain a personal Club JK autoshipment. Exceptions will not be made for Club JK memberships that do not process. In order to avoid this potential issue, plan to check your Club JK autoshipments monthly.

 

style="color: #000000;">System Workarounds Available: While we work to resolve a few recent issues with the system, we’ve created workarounds to help you. Whether you’re looking to: 1) add a Poetry Charm with your Poetry Canvas order, 2) check your latest PQV total (and add in PQV from your Club JK members’ autoships), or 3) confirm your order has shipped, you can find these workarounds in the Workstation > Documents > Frequently Asked Questions.

 

style="color: #000000;">Want to Be Part of the 2014-15 JK Advisory Board? If you’re interested in making a significant difference in helping shape Jewel Kade’s growth, then you’ll want to be part of the JK Advisory Board! The Board is comprised of seven members total, and participation is for two-year terms. Three Stylists will be invited to fill open positions for 2014-16 (one at each of the following levels, with at least one from Canada. Your rank as of June 1, 2014, will determine the level at which you’ll qualify):

• style="color: #000000;">Sapphire or Ruby

• style="color: #000000;">Black Diamond

• style="color: #000000;">1 At-Large Stylist (additional position appointed by the JK Corporate Team, based on overall contributions to Jewel Kade)
