Activate Tea-Should be taken in the morning

Cleanse Tea -Should be taken in the evening before you go to bed.

Their Activate Tea is to be made by placing one teaspoon of the loose tea into the tea strainer and infusing it for between 5 and 7 minutes, depending on how strong you like it.

The Cleanse Tea is to be made by taking 1 teaspoon of the loose tea and by infusing it for between 3 and 5 minutes.

Cleanse tea is only to be consumed every other night for the first week of your teatox programme, and every third night thereafter.

The Cleanse tea contains ingredients with laxative effects, so it is recommended that you start by brewing it for just 3 minutes, increasing the infusion time as the weeks go on if you feel it necessary.

Although the Flat tummy tea ingredients are all natural, brewing the tea for 5 minutes the first time you drink it might make it too strong and provide a bit of a shock to the system.

The Cleanse tea contains several ingredients which work as natural laxatives. These are quite gentle, but may affect some people more than others.
