Things I Never Expected Jane Birkin Korycansky to Do!

Jane Birkin Korycansky was my best friend in the whole world. We did everything together, from playing dress-up to building forts to just talking about our dreams for the future. I always thought I knew everything about Jane, but boy, was I wrong!

One day, we were playing in the park when Jane suddenly started to run towards the swings. I was confused, because Jane had always been afraid of heights. But this time, she was determined to swing as high as she could. I watched in amazement as she propelled herself higher and higher, her laughter echoing through the air. I had never seen her so fearless before.

Another time, we were at the library when Jane picked up a book about ballet. I was surprised, because Jane had always been more into sports than dance. But that day, she spent hours reading about the different positions and movements. When I asked her why she was so interested, she just smiled and said, "I've always wanted to try it." And with that, she signed up for ballet classes.

Jane's newfound interests didn't stop there. She started taking piano lessons, learning how to play the guitar, and even painting. It was like a whole new side of her was coming out. I was so proud of her for stepping outside of her comfort zone and trying new things.

But the most surprising thing Jane ever did was when she decided to run for class president. She had never been the most outgoing person, but she was passionate about making a difference in our school. She worked tirelessly on her campaign, and on election day, she gave a speech that moved everyone to tears. In the end, she won by a landslide.

As I watched Jane giving her victory speech, I couldn't help but think about how much she had grown. She had become more confident, more determined, and more compassionate. I realized that the Jane I thought I knew was just the tip of the iceberg. There was so much more to her than I had ever imagined.

From that day forward, I never took Jane for granted again. I knew that she was capable of anything she set her mind to. And I was so excited to see what she would do next.
