Thor: The Dark World

If you boiled down Marvel’s movies to a basic method, the first Thor film would be a best example of it. It’s got some quality superhero action, a lot of shoehorned-in S. They would. I. E. L. D. stuff, and something huge feather in the cap: A sense of sense of humor about itself and its characters. Also the second part, Thor The Dark World released here on TopNotchMovies is better than the first Thor movie.

To ensure success, the Elves need to gain control of the Aether (pronounced ''ether''), a supreme power force in the form of what appears like a floating spill of red wine. Within the film's instead desperate attempt to customize the plot, the Aether, which needs a host organism, provides leaped inside the body of Jane Promote (Natalie Portman), the astrophysicist who fell for Thor and contains been waiting two years for him to send back. Portman plays the woman like a petulant schoolgirl, and that's the movie's notion of a laugh: Jane just wishes a boyfriend, although Thor, who loves her back, offers weightier concerns. Really, though, watch The Dark World online should have granted Jane a better reason for hanging around than the fact that she's enjoying The Host into a glob of extraterrestrial protoplasm.

Here, any time the screenwriters can’t think of anything much better for Jane to accomplish, they just have her faint repeatedly. She’s been waiting in the world for two years for many news of the woman blond, warhammer-wielding toyboy. Wars were headlong, marauders were pillaging, he presents her.

As lame excuses go, it’s not terrible, she concedes. Thor’s nemesis on this outing is not his incarcerated brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston), but the Dark Elves of Svartalfheim, who are just as Tolkien-goes-galactic as they sound, when a bit less satisfying, and are led by a scowling chap called Malekith the Accursed (Christopher Eccleston). Half the movie will be spent locating some sort of wormhole which attaches Asgard with tourist attractions in the eastern of London. There are quite a funny little bit with Thor as well as Malekith sliding lower the Gherkin.
