Today!




Have you ever woken up in the morning feeling like you just can't face the day? Like everything is just too much and you just want to crawl back into bed and hide under the covers? I know I have.

I remember one day in particular when I was feeling especially down. I had just been through a tough breakup, and I was feeling lost and alone. I didn't know what to do with myself or how to move on. I just wanted to give up.

But then I remembered something my mom always told me: "Today is a new day."
