I've been traveling for over ten years, and in that time, I've had some pretty incredible experiences. From swimming with sharks to hiking through the Amazon, I've seen and done a lot. But some experiences stand out above the rest. Here are my top 10 mind-blowing travel experiences.
1. Swimming with sharks in South Africa
One of my biggest dreams was to swim with sharks. It's not something that most people would consider a particularly relaxing experience, but I was determined to do it. And it was even better than I could have ever imagined.
I went diving with a group of great white sharks off the coast of South Africa. The sharks were huge, and they were swimming right next to me. It was an incredible feeling to be so close to these amazing creatures. I will never forget it.
2. Hiking through the Amazon rainforest
The Amazon rainforest is one of the most biodiverse places on Earth. It's home to an incredible array of plants and animals, and it's a truly special place to visit.
I hiked through the rainforest with a guide, and we saw all sorts of amazing things. We saw monkeys, sloths, toucans, and even a few snakes. The rainforest is a truly magical place, and I'm so glad that I got to experience it.
