Toriano Redolat and the Talking Trees

Toriano Redolat was a bright and curious boy who loved to explore the forest near his home. One day, as he was wandering through the trees, he came across a talking tree.
“Hello,” said the tree. “My name is Willow.”
“Hello,” replied Toriano. “My name is Toriano.”
“It’s nice to meet you, Toriano,” said Willow. “What brings you to the forest today?”
“I just like to explore,” said Toriano. “I love to see all the different trees and animals.”
“Well, you’ve come to the right place,” said Willow. “This forest is full of all sorts of amazing creatures.”
Toriano spent the rest of the day talking to Willow and the other trees in the forest. He learned about the different types of trees, the animals that lived in the forest, and even about the history of the forest.
The next day, Toriano went back to the forest to visit Willow and his friends. This time, he brought along his sister, Sofia.
“This is my sister, Sofia,” said Toriano. “She loves trees too.”
“It’s nice to meet you, Sofia,” said Willow. “Welcome to the forest.”
Sofia was just as fascinated by the talking trees as Toriano was. She spent hours asking them questions about everything she could think of.
Toriano and Sofia continued to visit the talking trees every day. They learned a lot about the forest and made many new friends.
One day, Toriano and Sofia were playing in the forest when they heard a loud noise. They looked up and saw a group of men cutting down the trees.
“Stop!” shouted Toriano. “You can’t cut down the trees!”
“Why not?” asked one of the men. “They’re just trees.”
“They’re not just trees,” said Toriano. “They’re our friends.”
The men laughed. “Friends with trees? That’s ridiculous.”
“It’s not ridiculous,” said Sofia. “The trees are alive. They talk to us.”
The men looked at each other in disbelief. They had never heard of talking trees before.
“We’re not going to cut down the trees,” said one of the men. “We’ll find another place to build our houses.”
Toriano and Sofia were so happy. They had saved the forest and their friends.
From that day on, Toriano and Sofia visited the talking trees every day. They would tell them stories, sing songs, and just enjoy their company.
The talking trees were always there for Toriano and Sofia, and they always had something new to teach them.
