WELD COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) — The Weld County Sheriff's Office is cautioning occupants about a police impersonator engaged with various episodes of focusing on and pulling over female drivers. 

The episodes have occurred close to the town of Erie on both the Weld and Boulder sides of the district line. 

The suspect is depicted as a clean-cut white man, around 6 feet tall, with normal length earthy colored hair. He's been portrayed as wearing a dark, conservative, casual shirt, dark jeans and a tool belt with a rod on his hip.
