Stephens, Keys Have Practice Plans Wrecked By US Open Match

NEW YORK (AP) — Sloane Stephens and Madison Keys are dear companions who last week should be practice accomplices. 

When the U.S. Open draw was uncovered, those plans were rejected. 

The Americans were attracted to confront each other in the first cycle, a rematch of Stephens' triumph in the 2017 last. 

"I resembled, 'Goodness, my God,'" Stephens said. "In this way, it's very irritating. Yet, once more, clearly Maddie resembles my dearest companion on visit, so it's sad."
