Suspect Arrested After Man Dies From Multiple Gunshots In Akron Driveway

A 27-year-elderly person passed on Saturday night in the wake of being found with various discharge wounds on Lafollette Street in Akron, with police capturing one more man and accusing him of homicide.

Christopher Bailey, 37, of Akron, has been accused of one count of homicide and one count of messing with proof, court records show. Akron police said Bailey comes up against different indictments that incorporate numerous inconsequential lawful offense warrants.

Shawn Knox, from Madison, Wis. Was shot after a fight at a home in the 500 square of Lafollette Street and was found in the home's carport, Akron police said.

Police said they kept two ladies and Bailey, all tenants of the home, and talked with them at the police headquarters. The ladies were delivered. Bailey was captured for having exceptional lawful offense warrants and was shipped off the Summit County Jail, police said.

Bailey was subsequently accused of homicide after criminal investigators created other data and proof, Akron police said in a news discharge.

Police said they recuperated a handgun, rifle and other proof at the home.

Akron police were called to the home at around 9 p.M. Saturday for reports of a shooting, the Summit County Medical Examiner's Office said Monday. The man was taken to a Summa Akron City Hospital and was articulated dead at 9:33 p.M., as indicated by the clinical analysts office.

The clinical analyst's office said Knox's passing was a crime because of numerous gunfire wounds to the middle.
