Lewis Hamilton said he felt awkward after individuals from Formula One's decision body neglected to wear facial coverings during a drivers' informing for Sunday's Australian Grand Prix.

F1's new race chief Niels Wittich led a two-hour meeting at Melbourne's Albert Park on Friday night where he declared a clampdown on gems and demanded flame resistant clothing.
