One of the counts is a crime that incorporates homegrown battery perpetrated within the sight of a youngster under 16 years of age.
A lawyer recorded as addressing Saxon didn't promptly answer a solicitation for input working on this issue Friday.
Cardinals mentor Kliff Kingsbury said Saxon has been put on semi-voluntary vacation. Kingsbury added that the group had some awareness of Saxon's capture when it occurred in May.
"We know about the occurrence and told the NFL as required," the Cardinals said in a proclamation. "The matter is as of now under survey in accordance with association arrangements. After conference with the association office, James has been put on paid semi-voluntary vacation. We will have no further remark forthcoming extra procedures."

Saxon is a long-lasting running backs mentor who has been with the Cardinals starting around 2019. He was the running backs mentor for the Miami Dolphins from 2000 to 2019.
He was essential for the 1986 and 1987 Spartans groups that went undefeated in the Pacific Coast Athletic Association, going 10-2 each season and arriving at the California Bowl. He was the second-driving rusher and collector in the '87 group prior to being chosen by the Chiefs in the 6th round of the 1988 NFL Draft. He played eight years in the NFL from 1988 to 1995.
