Barstool Sports Chief Erika Nardini Steps Down From WWE Directorate

WWE declared the news in a 8K documenting with the SEC Friday evening. The organization said that the news was connected with Penn Amusement getting the full stake of Barstool Sports, and that she "will be centered around the following section of this business and association."

"Ms. Ayers Nardini's choice to leave the Load up was not because of any debate or conflict with the Organization, its administration or any matter connecting with the Organization's activities, strategies or practices," WWE said in the recording.

Arrived at by The Post, Nardini affirmed the move.

"Penn Diversion procurement is unavoidable and I have a great deal to do here," she said.

Nardini was named Chief of Barstool in 2016, when it was claimed by The Chernin Gathering. The Chernin Gathering offered 36% of Barstool to Penn for $163 million. In the arrangement, Penn had the choice to purchase the entire organization at a valuation of $450 million; the gambling club gaming bunch formally practiced that choice in August.

Nardini was on WWE's board for somewhat under two years — she had gone along with it in October of 2020.
