Sept 16 (Reuters) - Ecuador will play at the 2022 World Cup after FIFA excused an allure on account of Ecuadorean player Byron Castillo whom Chile guaranteed was ineligible for the qualifiers, world soccer's overseeing body said on Friday.
Chile had pursued FIFA's June 10 choice to excuse their grievance that Castillo was brought into the world in Tumaco, Colombia in 1995 and not in the Ecuadorean city of General Villamil Playas in 1998, as expressed on his authority archives.
"Hosting broke down the entries of all gatherings and after a meeting had been led, the Allure Board affirmed the choice of the Disciplinary Council to close the procedures started against the FEF (Ecuadorean Football Affiliation)," FIFA said in an explanation.

"Among different contemplations, it considered that based on the archives introduced, the player was to be considered as holding super durable Ecuadorean ethnicity as per... FIFA Guidelines Overseeing the Use of the Resolutions."
The Chilean Football Alliance affirmed it would pursue the choice at the Court of Mediation for Game (CAS).
"This is a dull day for football and for the validity of the framework... Obviously, we will allude this to the Court of Discretion for Game," Jorge Yunge, general secretary of the Chilean Football Organization, said.
"The heaviness of proof is clear and we ask the Allure Board of trustees to convey the grounds of the choice rapidly in light of the fact that there were an adequate number of baseless deferrals and delays for this situation."
The Chilean Football Organization's legal counselor Eduardo Carlezzo said they had "countless records" that demonstrated "with no sensible uncertainty that the player was brought into the world in Colombia".
"I have never found in all my years as a legal counselor a bad form like this one," Carlezzo said.
"Miserable day for football and for fair play. The message is clear: cheating is permitted. We will interest CAS."
Chile pursued the choice on July 1 and as of late encouraged FIFA to accelerate the interaction before they were doled out a conference on Thursday.
Castillo played in eight of Ecuador's 18 passing games for the World Cup. Ecuador have rejected that the player was ineligible.
"Unobtrusively, we keep on shielding what we acquired on the field," Francisco Egas, the leader of the Ecuadorean Football Affiliation (FEF), composed on Twitter.
Egas said in June that they were "embarrassed" and "felt stomped on by the extraordinary media crusade from the Chilean alliance". understand more
