Sara Walsh Has ‘divorce’ Jokes After Blue Jays Husband Gives Up Aaron Judge Home Run Ball 메이저사이트
Sara Walsh is thousands of miles away from her husband, Blue Jays bullpen coach Matt Buschmann, but she’s well aware of the historic night unfolding in Toronto.
Moments after Yankees superstar Aaron Judge hit home run No. 61 to tie Roger Maris’ record, the sports broadcaster, 44, took to Twitter as it was revealed that Buschmann, 38, initially snagged the ball.

“Bad news is I’m down here in Florida battling a hurricane, but the good news is I can announce my retirement….” Walsh, who works for Fox Sports and NFL Network, remarked of Hurricane Ian, which severely impacted the state.
A short time later, Walsh — who has been married to Buschmann since 2014 — joked about a potential separation as he simply gave the ball to the Yankees without checking on his nearest and dearest.
“Oh cool. He just handed that back without checking to see if our house is still here? I’d next like to announce our divorce,” Walsh tweeted in a separate message.
Buschmann handed the ball over to Yankees security, per WFAN.
Hours before Judge smashed the historic homer off the Blue Jays’ Tim Mayza in the top of the seventh inning of Wednesday’s game, Walsh shared a message on her Instagram Story from a loved one that read, “I’m super glad that y’all are hunkering down for your lives while Matt is in TOR hoping Aaron Judge doesn’t homer on one of his guys.”
Well, as Walsh expressed in a follow-up post, “Things have taken a turn.”
The Yankees, who clinched the AL East title on Tuesday night, wrapped their three-game series in Toronto with an 8-3 victory on Wednesday.
Judge’s first attempt at No. 62 will come Friday night back in The Bronx against the Orioles.
