"Our days [at Adidas] are worked around sport," says Pinder, who graduated with a science certificate from the College of Saskatchewan and is a previous Huskie soccer player.

"I can play soccer at lunch and go to the rec center at two and it's astonishing."

Pinder was a lead engineer on one of Adidas most recent shoes, the Adizero Prime X Hung.

She has additionally begun her own organization, BareWear, that has created indoor footwear made for individuals who use orthotics.

It has been truly an excursion for Pinder, who currently parts her time between Adidas central command in Portland, Metal., and back at home on the ranch in Saskatchewan.

Pinder experienced childhood in Saskatoon playing soccer for Eastside, and later invested energy with commonplace groups, the public presentation community and the Huskies.
