The retailer affirmed to USA TODAY that the Greenwood, Mississippi and Baytown, Texas stores will before long close and are holding liquidation deals. The Mississippi store is booked to close Oct. 24 and the Texas area on Dec. 5. 

The retail chain was probably the biggest retailer to petition for Chapter 11 liquidation security during the Covid pandemic. Authorities said in May 2020 that they wanted to close about 29% of its 846 stores or 242 areas in chapter 11 and expected to utilize the interaction to shed obligation and stay in business.
