PARIS (AP) - A Russian karter who made what seemed, by all accounts, to be a Nazi salute on a race platform is being examined by the FIA.

Artem Severiukhin is additionally being dropped by his Sweden-based group, Ward Racing, which on Monday censured his "inadmissible infringement of the moral and moral games code."
