Young ladies Basketball: Jermaine Hester To Lead Dublin Scioto After Leaving Westerville Central 메이저사이트
Jermaine Hester, who as of late surrendered after two or more seasons driving Westerville Central, has been named mentor at Dublin Scioto, forthcoming educational committee endorsement.

Forthcoming educational committee endorsement, Jermaine Hester will be the following young ladies b-ball mentor at Dublin Scioto, sports chief Nick Magistrale reported.

Hester surrendered April 20 after two or more seasons driving Westerville Central. He will succeed Jen Music, who ventured down after nine seasons.

A Hilliard inhabitant, Hester said the more limited drive was a justification behind his choice to go after the Scioto job.

"It's nearer to my home," said Hester, who met with his new players April 25. "Area makes it simpler for myself and mentor Music has assembled a strong program for another mentor, for example, myself to step right in and proceed with that achievement, so it's a decent circumstance for me."

Hester, 41, supplanted Randy Patton at Central halfway through the 2019-20 season. The Warhawks proceeded to complete 4-19 generally speaking and 1-9 in the OCC-Buckeye Division.

In Hester's most memorable full season in 2020-21, Central went 3-20 by and large and 2-8 in the OCC-Ohio. The Warhawks were 8-14 in general and 4-6 in the association this previous season.

"The (Central) program is in a decent spot," Hester said. "Whoever finds that occupation is going into a decent circumstance. There's a great deal of central participants returning. I anticipate beneficial things. (Games chief) Andy (Ey) and the managerial staff at Central were only strong of me the entire time and whoever takes that occupation is strolling into a group with some ability."

Under Music, the Irish completed 2-21 in every one of her initial two seasons prior to going 78-80 over the course of the following seven. They went 49-71 in OCC play, yet imparted the OCC-Cardinal title to Thomas Worthington in the 2017-18 season at 9-3.

"Mentor Hester intrigued the meeting panel," Magistrale said. "He has 15 years of involvement training young ladies ball, including both colleague and head-instructing experience in the OCC."
