Philadelphia police on April 27 gave a warrant for the capture of Kenneth Frye, 24, after police crime examiners established that Eric Pope, 41, a long-term D.C. A police proclamation says Pope was oblivious when crisis clinical professionals showed up and took him by emergency vehicle to a clinic in basic condition, where he passed on multi week after the fact on April 23.

A representative for Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner sent the Washington Blade an explanation that the District Attorney's Office delivered at the time a warrant was given for Frye's capture and one day before Frye transformed himself into police on April 28.

"Following examination by Philadelphia Police Homicide, the District Attorney's Office is accusing Kenneth Frye of Murder in the third Degree for an occurrence that happened in the early morning long stretches of April 16 external Tabu Lounge and Sports Bar in the Gayborhood segment of Center City," the assertion says.
