Jaden Smith stars as 12-year-old Dre Parker, who moves to Beijing, China, with his mom, Sherry (Taraji P. Henson). After spats with a domineering jerk (Zhenwei Wang), Parker starts gaining kung fu for self-preservation from groundskeeper Mr. Han (Jackie Chan).

The film acquired $359.1 million and got a few distinctions, including two at the 2011 Kids' Choice Awards.
