Discussion on Victoria's questionable pandemic bill in the upper house has been deferred as Premier Daniel Andrews said he was certain the public authority "will get a result". 

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews says he is certain the public authority will get a result on the questionable pandemic bill as discussion in the upper house slows down. 

The Andrews government effectively moved a movement on Thursday to postpone banter on the bill until some other time in the day in the midst of a scramble to tie down enough votes to pass the enactment.
