Sports Briefs: Marin Catholic's Ingrassia Headlines All-association Selections 

Marin Catholic quarterback Michael Ingrassia, Redwood High's James Phelan and San Marin's Nate Burger driven the way as the MCAL delivered all-association determinations for football and other fall sports on Sunday night. 안전놀이터

Ingrassia was named the football hostile player of the year. Ingrassia has tossed for 2,342 yards and 31 scores so far this season and has run for 430 yards and nine additional scores. 

Phelan was named the association's lineman of the year while Burger was chosen as the cautious player of the year. 

San Marin running back/cautious back Justin Guin was the main player to make both the principal group hostile and protective groups. Burger made the main group offense as a lineman as well as being the cautious player of the year.
