The Full Throttle Speed Skating team battled in last week's end Northbrook Short Track Open in Northbrook, Illinois. The nearby meet included bunches from Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Missouri, Colorado, Washington DC and California. Most of the gathering was collected with more settled kids at longer distances than in typical age-based meets.

Gabe Marimoto Taqueushi fought in the 170m, 255m, 340m and 425m distances and advanced to the A finals, finishing first for his social occasion.
