Judge Says Civil Rape Lawsuit Vs. Cristiano Ronaldo Should Be Dismissed

In a scorching suggestion to the adjudicator hearing the case, Magistrate Judge Daniel Albregts on Wednesday accused Kathryn Mayorga's lawyer, Leslie Mark Stovall, for putting together the case with respect to spilled and taken reports that Albregts said were special interchanges among Ronaldo and his legal advisors. 

"Excusing Mayorga's case for the unseemly lead of her lawyer is an unforgiving outcome," Albregts wrote in his proposal to U.S. Area Judge Jennifer Dorsey. "In any case, it is, lamentably, the main fitting approval to guarantee the uprightness of the legal interaction." 

A date for Dorsey to take up Albregt's proposal was not promptly set.

Stovall and other lawyers in his office didn't quickly react Thursday to phone and email messages about Albregt's organization. 

Ronaldo's lawyer in Las Vegas, Peter Christiansen, gave an assertion saying Ronaldo's lawful group was "satisfied with the court's point by point survey ... What's more, its ability to legitimately apply the law to current realities and suggest excusal of the common body of evidence against Mr. Ronaldo." 

The Associated Press by and large doesn't name individuals who say they have been physically attacked, yet Mayorga gave assent through Stovall and lawyer Larissa Drohobyczer to disclose her name.
