The Land 4 Energy Group

The Land 4 Energy Group is a joint venture between Dawson Energy of Fort Worth, Texas, and Trinity Energy of Franklin, Tennessee. Through Ohio River Resources, we provide superior land brokerage services to our E & P clients, and through Coronado Field Services, we deliver right of way and easement services to our pipeline and utility clients.

The Land 4 Energy Group was born from aggressive expansion of national and multi-national companies into the Marcellus and Utica Shale plays, which quickly presented a corresponding demand for superior land and right of way services in these regions. Dawson Energy’s solid relationships with E & P companies throughout Texas, Oklahoma and the southwestern United States, coupled with Trinity Energy’s well-established “on the ground” experience in the Appalachian and Illinois Basins, presented the perfect opportunity to respond to this demand. Delivering these services through our Ohio River Resources and Coronado Field Services joint ventures has proven to be the perfect union for our E & P and pipeline clients, and today we are aggressively expanding the reach of our services throughout the United States. Collectively, Land 4 Energy’s management team represents over 100 years of experience in the oil and gas, pipeline and utility industries.
