Kabul, Afghanistan (CNN) -- NATO is investigating a report by Afghan authorities that an airstrike by coalition forces killed eight children in Kapisa province this week, it said Friday.

People can be cruel and just because things in the U.S may not be that way, it's different in other parts of the countries.
