UGC NET Result 2024




UGC NET Result 2024 has been declared. The candidates who have appeared for the exam can check their results on the official website of NTA. UGC NET Result 2024 has been released on 17th October 2024.

The results have been released for both JRF and Assistant Professor posts. A total of 53,694 candidates have qualified for the JRF posts and 1,70,734 candidates have qualified for the Assistant Professor posts.

The candidates who have qualified for the JRF posts will be eligible for a monthly stipend of Rs. 31,000/-. The candidates who have qualified for the Assistant Professor posts will be eligible for a monthly salary of Rs. 57,700/-.

The qualified candidates will be able to download their scorecards from the official website of NTA. The scorecards will contain the candidate's name, roll number, marks obtained in each paper, and overall score.

The candidates who are not satisfied with their results can apply for revaluation. The revaluation applications will be available on the official website of NTA.

UGC NET 2024 Cut-off

The cut-off for UGC NET 2024 has been released by NTA. The cut-off varies for different categories of candidates.

UGC NET 2024 Exam Analysis

The UGC NET 2024 exam was conducted on 18th and 19th June 2024. The exam was held in two shifts. The first shift was from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the second shift was from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

The exam was conducted in offline mode. The candidates were required to answer 150 questions in 3 hours.

The exam consisted of three papers:

  • Paper 1: General Aptitude
  • Paper 2: Subject-specific Paper I
  • Paper 3: Subject-specific Paper II

The exam was conducted in English and Hindi.
