What Calldwr Julliard Learned During His Time in Paris

When I was in Paris, I had the time of my life. I wandered down cobblestone streets, marveled at the grand architecture, and stopped for coffee and billiards with handsome strangers. I was living the life of a local Parisian.

Well, maybe not quite. But I did spend a month in the enchanting City of Light, and I learned a lot about myself and about the world during my time there.

Here are just a few of the things I learned while wandering the streets of Paris:

  • The world is a big place. And Paris is just a small part of it. It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and forget that there's a whole world out there to explore. But spending time in Paris reminded me that there's so much more to see and do than what's right in front of me.
  • People are more alike than they are different. I met people from all over the world while I was in Paris, and I was struck by how similar we all are. We all want the same things: love, happiness, and fulfillment. We all have dreams and goals. And we all have our own unique stories to tell.
  • It's okay to be different. In fact, it's what makes us special. I've always been a bit of an oddball, and I've never quite fit in. But in Paris, I felt like I could be myself. I could be weird and quirky and different, and I was still accepted. It was a liberating feeling.
  • Life is too short to waste on things that don't make you happy. I used to spend so much time worrying about what other people thought of me. I was always trying to live up to their expectations. But in Paris, I learned to let go of all that. I learned to live in the moment and to do what makes me happy.
  • The best things in life are free. I spent very little money while I was in Paris, and I had an amazing time. I walked for miles every day, visited free museums, and picnicked in the park. I realized that the best things in life don't cost a thing.

I'm so grateful for my time in Paris. It was a life-changing experience, and I learned so much about myself and about the world. I'm a better person for having spent time in the City of Light, and I will never forget my time there.

If you're ever thinking about traveling to Paris, I highly recommend it. It's a truly magical place, and it will change your life in ways you never thought possible. Just be sure to pack your walking shoes, because you're going to be doing a lot of exploring!

And if you see a strange man wandering around the streets of Paris, talking to himself and taking pictures of everything, that's probably just me. Say hello!
