What Happened When Bayen Schoenmakers Went to the Haunted House?

It was a dark and stormy night. The wind howled outside, and the rain beat against the windows. Inside, Bayen Schoenmakers was sitting on the couch, reading a book. He was all alone in the house, and he was starting to get scared.

Suddenly, he heard a noise. It was coming from the attic. Bayen Schoenmakers' heart started to race. He slowly got up from the couch and crept up the stairs. As he approached the attic door, he could hear the noise more clearly. It sounded like someone was crying.

Bayen Schoenmakers took a deep breath and opened the door. He peered inside and saw a little girl sitting in the middle of the room. She was crying and holding her knees. Bayen Schoenmakers walked over to her and asked her what was wrong.

"My mommy is gone," the little girl said. "I can't find her anywhere."
Bayen Schoenmakers felt sorry for the little girl. He sat down next to her and put his arm around her. "Don't worry," he said. "I'll help you find your mommy."
Bayen Schoenmakers and the little girl searched the attic together. They looked in every nook and cranny, but they couldn't find the little girl's mommy. Finally, they gave up and went back downstairs.

As they were walking down the stairs, Bayen Schoenmakers heard a noise. It was coming from the kitchen. He and the little girl went to investigate. When they opened the door, they saw a woman standing in the middle of the room. She was holding a candle, and she was smiling.

"Mommy!" the little girl cried. She ran over to her mother and hugged her.
Bayen Schoenmakers was so relieved to see that the little girl had found her mommy. He smiled and said goodbye. As he was walking out the door, the little girl's mommy said, "Thank you for helping my daughter. You're a good boy, Bayen Schoenmakers."

Bayen Schoenmakers smiled and went back to the couch. He was glad that he had been able to help the little girl find her mommy. He knew that he would never forget that night.
