Vice Chairman: Dr. R. Gerald Bailey

Dr. Bailey has extensive experience in the oil resource sectors, with approximately 45 years of experience in the international petroleum industry, which includes the position of President of Exxon - Arabian Gulf, responsible for all Exxon's business interests in the Gulf region. His background covers all aspects of the oil business with projects in engineering, management and executive positions in both upstream and downstream sectors. He is currently the Chairman of Bailey Petroleum LLC, BCM Energy, Well Grounded Energy and Vanguard Energy Corporation.

Dr. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from Columbia Pacific University, and a graduate of Engineering Doctoral Studies from Lamar University.
