Who is Heidi Mendoza?

Heidi Mendoza is a PhD candidate from the Water and Climate Risk group at the Institute for Environmental Studies (IVM) in the Netherlands. Her research focuses on how societies anticipate drought-to-flood risk futures using anticipatory processes and narratives. She is also a former Undersecretary General for the United Nations Office of Internal Oversight and a former Commissioner of the Commission on Audit of the Philippines.
