Announcing Cairo University Professional World Heritage Diploma & Conference

according to historical recommendation of the meeting of the Arab World Heritage experts in Abu Dhabi in December 2005 of establishing a WH Diploma for H experts from Arab countries,l at Cairo University. This meeting, as you know, was organized by the Government of the United Arab Emirates in collaboration with the World Heritage Center of UNESCO.
 the historical recommendation of the twin workshops of the African National UNESCO Commissions and African World Heritage experts on Harmonization of African World Heritage Tentative Lists, in Cairo in March and May 2010 of establishing a WH Diploma for African WH in African universities. This meeting was organized by the Government of Egypt in collaboration with the African World Heritage Fund (AWHF), based in South Africa.
Thanks to God Almighty, this Professional Diploma is now a reality at Cairo University. It will start on the 1st of October 2012. The study period is 8 months. Fees for non-Egyptians are only 3000 Sterling Pounds. Students must seek living expenses during the study period from appropriate sources.
 all interested persons and institutions interested in WH in Egypt, Africa, and Arab countries, Mediterranean region and elsewhere.
Cairo University will also organize an International Conference on 12 and 13 December 2012 on "Politics and Economics of African World Heritage and Its Future" .We hope all students to benefit from this Diploma. It is open to any student who can follow lessons in English or Arabic
